Minister Jean Damascène Bizimana attended the swearing in ceremony of Kirehe District new executive committee
On Monday the 22 November 2021, Minister of National Unity and Civic Engagement and the Government focal point of Kirehe District Dr. Jean Damascène BIZIMANA, attended the swearing in ceremony of newly elected leaders.
Speaking at the event Minister Dr. Jean Damascène BIZIMANA highlighted that working in unity and ensuring teamwork will enable the new leaders to fulfill their responsibilities. He urged them to work as a team and put the citizen’s interest first.
In collaboration with the Ministry of ICT and innovation and MTN Rwanda, he donated 612 smart phones to the citizens of Kirehe District under the connect Rwanda program.
