Aims to develop, disseminate, and implement national policies, strategies, laws, and programmes related to the maintenance of history of Rwanda; reinforcement of national unity; promotion of civic engagement and culture; promotion of leadership qualities; and prevention of genocide and the fight against genocide, genocide ideology, denial and revisionism of the Genocide against the Tutsi.
